<p>I ordered all my books online through the bookstore for pickup recently, but I just received an email saying that my whole order was canceled. I did check the “cancel my order if not the condition I selected” box. Could that have been the culprit? Has anyone ever had the online bookstore cancel their order? Thanks.</p>
<p>That is why they recommend you to check the other option: “change it to used or new if the condition selected is not available”, maybe that is what happened.</p>
