This is not a football issue. This is reckless endangerment of the kids life.</p>
<p>My point was is that Tressel was just as scummy as you think Rodriguez is. Family values indeed.</p>
<p>RR should never have been hired and neither should have Bill Martin for that matter. This doesn’t change that Boren was a traitor. He could have gone just about anywhere and became quite a bitter attention whore. I don’t take anything he says seriously. </p>
<p>By the way, most D1 coaches are scummy. That’s what happens when a few losses costs someone millions, or a cult following. Remember when Paterno was a saint? They just have different ways of showing it, whether recruiting 10 year olds or criminals, fleeing their old team before the season is over and telling the media first, giving a recruit’s GF a job at the department, yanking a schollie from an injured player, handing out steroids etc. Football ethics have been nonexistent for the longest time.</p>
<p>the “dirtiest” high school football player in our area just got a full ride to Ann Arbor next Fall… he knows exactly what he signed up for. The recruiter said he liked him because he had a lot of mean in him… no surprises here.</p>

<p>Lay off Bill Martin. He is an alumni who volunteered to jump in the breach for AD and did it for free for some time (he was essentially drafted, he did not pursue the position). That Belien hire he made really sucked, right? Let’s revisit the RR hire in a few years. Might want to read John Bacon’s book 3 and Out before passing judgement.</p>

Whatever, folks that are reading and don’t follow MI football ignore the drivel - Many kids play their hearts out to honor the M - they don’t transfer on a whim.
