Anyone has ideas? Looking for a summer stay (Jun-Aug) near downtown Boston. Someone suggested Emerson College as a good option.
I believe that most of the Boston area colleges offer some summer housing that college students doing interns can rent. Check them all out - Emerson. Suffolk, Wentworth, Northeastern, Harvard, MIT, etc.

Yeah we really liked the Emerson building near the river. Anyone has experience with them?
Certainly the colleges have sublet boards - where a 12 month renter needs someone. My son and two others lived in an Airbnb - or fully furnished.com is another website.

Try MIT fraternities (they exist in both Cambridge and Boston). A google search shows they are looking for renters for the summer.

This is what I see for Emerson for next summer
not by the river - in the heart of the city
I think all the colleges will have applications that you have to submit soon and some might be competitive
Here is last year’s MIT frat rental page - their Boston locations are also nice - near Kenmore Square and the Charles

ya it’s a great location and is actually not far from the esplanade. waiting for them to respond - if this works we might be all set.
