<p>Best Western Roundhouse Suites was pretty reasonable - not in Back Bay, but they have a shuttle that can take you to Northeastern, not sure about Tufts, but there is a T stop about 0.4 mi from hotel. The area around hotel is a bit rundown, but I never had any issues there.</p>
