this is so helpful, thank you for doing this! quick question: where is the “results page”? i did not see it on the google form anywhere even after i submitted the info.
I’ve filled out a few of these and have not seen a results page for any of them.
We are working the results pages available shortly. All entries were captured so they will show when the results pages go live. Appreciate the patience.
