I am a freshman at a large state university and will have a 4.0 this semester. Applying to transfer to BC for fall 2024. Was rejected first go around so this will be my second attempt. Any tips on how to help my chances?

Am business but will apply to arts and science at BC
Most times if you apply a 2nd time you have a higher chance of being accepted as it shows interest.
But I also know BC doesnt track interest/previous applicants but theres always a chance ur admission office remembers your application/mental note
Do you have any additional suggestions? I submit my application tomorrow. They might not know I applied last year. I will add that to my application.
