@transfer1997 It was blank on Friday night/ Saturday morning (like 2 am) and no email so i checked the applicant link again this morning around 11 and found out! (Update: still no email)

@transfer1997 if it says on your portal that they need your spring grades, then they are required. Unfortunately, you probably won’t receive a decision until BU has them.

Do you have the list of transferable credit General education list?
I got in CAS as well, but I have not yet sent in my syllabi and I’ve lots of credits to transfer.
@nomads77 definitely send those syllabi in ASAP!!! I sent mine in along with my application (possibly even before it was actually complete) and I have already received my transfer credit report for my Fall courses. The Spring credit evals will be released after you have actually finished earning those credits in May/June based on wherever you go. I have noticed that BU is very generous with credits. I got everything except my freshman seminar and then one of the two courses I took in high school for college credit (AWESOME!)…I was also accepted to Bentley and they gave me like 8 credits total out of my 26ish completed where I am…
so basically the point of this rant is EVERYONE send your syllabi in as soon as possible its easy to do and the fact that BU gave me so much credit makes it seem like the place for me even more than I originally thought!!

Called today and asked to be placed on the early review list… they’re not missing anything nor do they want my spring grades. I really see no reason why I’m being held up 
I submitted common app in November and all my paperwork by February lol
@kaiju0515 Good luck to you! We are in the exactly same boat. I also called them today, found out they are not requiring spring grades from me for sure. However, they told me to send an email specifically to ask to be placed on the early list. Atm, I am desperately eager to hear the decision whether it is a acceptance or rejection.

@Triple2s @transfer5696 Still remember those times when my heart beat out of my chess every time I open the portal. But now… am getting all too familiar with “Our records indicate bla bla bla” hahaha. Oh well.
Well there goes my dreams of going to BU. The financial aid package I received was absolutely terrible. It’s like getting a quarter from your parents to “start off” your savings for buying a car. I only got 5k, (in loans as well!) Jeez I love BU but this is ridiculous I have no Idea how I am supposed to borrow $60,400
@jonjacobjinkle don’t lose hope! you can always appeal
@transfer099 Thanks but I’ve heard that most appeals don’t work and the highest you can get if in the small chance that the appeal is accepted is 2,000. which whilst money is still money, is still relatively nothing compared to what it costs to attend BU. Sad that I have to place my faith on Northeastern now.
Got accepted to Northeastern; now I am just waiting on BU. I think it’s all going to come down to how much aid I receive from each school, but unfortunately it’s not looking like BU is giving out much aid this year
