So guys I just asked them if the “thank you” and “our record” notifies anything on live and they responded like this, not sure if they actually mean it though…

I just have no idea what it means to have our records indicate with early decision last years thread almost no one had this on dec 5th
Last year someone emailed the reps and stuff and they told him/her that the message doesn’t mean anything. But little do they know that it actually did mean something. Also i really thought they would be finished w decisions by today… guess not lol I think tmw May be the last day

The thing is, why would there be different messages if they didn’t mean something? Why wouldn’t everyone have the same thing?

if you think about it, the people in the regular pool had different messages, not notifying anything… I don’t know if the system would be different this here but…

I think so… literally everyone has thank you. However, I have our records indicate w/o early decision and I am pretty qualified, but at the same time, I am an international applicant.
the people here are only a small portion of the total amount of ed applicants though, and I feel like the people here tend to be more qualified which could be why so many on here have “thank you”
I woke up this morning and checked to see that my message had changed to thank you!!! AHhh. It took me longer than others to change, even tho I submitted my application in mid October. I really hope everything works out!
i feel like it has to be the same pattern as other years because although it’s only one person with our records indicate without early decision (that we know of) i feel like that’s enough. like why would that one person have a different message than everyone else if the pattern wasn’t holding. it would be every single person has the exact same thing if they changed it this year
Northeastern ED got their decisions today and I was told that for the past few years, decisions have came out on a Thursday (so everyone was expecting them to come out tomorrow) so I’m not really sure if we should expect BU to release decisions on Monday since this shows colleges don’t always stick to their patterns. Same with the message controversy, may not be the same pattern but who knows ?
I mean it would be awesome if decisions came out earlier than expected like with Northeastern though!! Even though I have the thank you message, I’m still nervous lol
The wait is really gonna kill me lol. Friends of mine are starting to get decisions too, it’s all so crazy. Every day feels like foreverrrr lol
