I just really loved com and it was actually one of the few schools that lets you double major in advertising and film (most others had conservatory programs for film or just didn’t let you double in 2 majors of their com department)

when i first started looking at colleges i told myself i never wanted to go to bu because it was in the city with absolutley no campus (lmao the irony) but as soon as i visited its like everything changed—i loved it there and i just loved the vibe i get every time i visit, its so welcoming and the campus is so vibrant idk how to describe it lmao but basically yea i rlly love it at bu hopefully i can go there

I’ve been heavily considering a double major as well, or at least a minor. Something completely different that I’m also interested in, but I really haven’t decided yet lol.
I loooved BU right away. Honestly, I used to want to go to NYU but I realized I needed a change since I’ve always lived in NYC. I have a lot of family ties to Boston and even BU (grandma got her masters there!) and I only looked for big-city schools in the first place. Can’t really put my finger on the specifics but even on my first visit I knew it felt like the school for me, I felt so comfortable with everything lol
It’s untrue when people say you cannot get rejected from ED1… my mom called and the women said you can either get rejected, deferred, or denied from ED1.
Look at a map. TD Garden is a couple miles and 9 subway stops from BU.
Hi! For why I chose BU, I didn’t want to like BU at first since it’s such a popular school for ppl at my high school to apply to, but I was going on college visits over the summer and I fell in love. I am usually shy and tend to keep to myself but while in Boston and going on the campus tour for BU, I was outgoing, talked to a lot of people, and got so excited thinking about all the possibilities and things I could do at the school. I was so eager to do as much as I could and put myself out there. I don’t think I have a good shot of getting in but since I like the school so much, I decided to apply and see what happens.
