With Ed means not reviewed yet, without means deferred. Many still have with ED, which is not necessarily a bad thing.
Again, this is the speculation on past years, which has shown us absolutely nothing about this year.

I think if the original or without ed is there that could be rejected and deferred because decisions have to be done by this point also a ton of people’s including mine have changed today and them updating the portal maybe a sign that they have finished decisions but yeah that’s just my guess
Literally all of us have thank you now. I doubt the messages mean anything anymore
“Please be advised that the following are known issues within BUworks since system maintenance on 12/9/18. We are working to correct these as soon as possible.” (Source:BU tech web). They were fixing up issues from that weird system error we had on friday. They have until december 15 to release decisions so i dont think they finished reviewing applications. I feel like friday’s maintenance and today really set them back this year. we probably arent getting results till the end of the week soooooooooooooo i suggest we all dont have our hopes up
Where are you getting that from? My application portal works fine, but youre right about getting our hopes up. I have my hopes up about nothing right now: the message and when it’s coming out.

@ayecollegekid1 I saw on the 2022 thread that some people got the thank you message and they got denied
I’m pretty sure some people get denied, but I don’t think BU denies many people ED.
