Boston University Fall 2025 Transfer

Hey all- just called admissions, I was told that a many of students’ decisions are being finalized by the end of this week, shouldn’t receive it any later and if it were the case that I am able to call with my concern.
Keep an eye out, best wishes
In any case I will be glad to know my outcome, what a long end of the month

The fact that some of us still haven’t received responses at this point is outrageous. This admissions office must believe that the world revolves around them and their lax schedule.
My two backup colleges have June 1st as their commitment deadlines.

fr its so frustrating i cant believe they havent released the past two fridays
did you notice any activity on your portal today ? my financial aid checklist poofed and then came back in the morning, which i thought meant i would hear back today but nope lol

I haven’t noticed any changes. It would be a shame if I receive an acceptance after being forced to commit somewhere else.

yeah thatd be p annoying, i know some people just bite the bullet and deposit w another school and then essentially lose out on that money if they receive another acceptance, but all depends on the individual

i’m happy i have the luck to commit to my safety without putting down a deposit, but i agree, this is ridiculous.

yeah it sucks, i was looking around and found a post from last year in which a 2022 transfer student they heard back on june 5th :sob: ik its within the timeline they give but i feel like it shouldnt take so long out of courtesy of other schools’ deadlines n such

you do have the option to appeal if you want!

that’s an option for BU?! are you serious?! omds.. how???! here is my instagram and we can chat more: natashakirunda_
