Well, we have been using a instant pot a fair amount during our sheltering ay home. H and D have mostly been making tea eggs and various hard boiled eggs. We’ve also had some sumptuous boneless short ribs In the pot.
Sadly, the pressure relief valve has been misplaced so I just ordered a replacement/spare. Since the cost of getting 2 more silicone gaskets for the pot was only slightly more, I ordered the valve + 2 gaskets and it should be delivered 7/1! It is amazing how quickly things can be delivered by Amazon!
