<p>Wow they are SO different. If you are very self-motivated and already have an idea what you want to major in, U. Mich. could be good, but I suspect that you will get a lot more attention from professors at Bowdoin and have an easier time exploring if you are quite undecided about a major. Even though there are lots of top students at U. Mich., everyone at Bowdoin was a top student in his or her high school and I wonder if that makes a little difference in feel.</p>
