<p>Can anyone tell me how much Carolina values these programs? I know nobody really knows, but any insight would be appreciated. Thanks, everyone!</p>
<p>No one knows exactly how much they value any program. But I was recently named a finalist for the Morehead-Cain Scholarship and this past summer I was elected Governor of Girls State. I included that information in my application and in my interview they asked me several quesitons about it. Obviously it seemed to matter to them. </p>
<p>While the Morehead-Cain Foundation and the University are two seperate insititutions I would think they have similar values. We can never know for sure, but from my personal experience I think that both the Girls and Boys Sate programs are excellent. And that colleges hold them in high regard.</p>
<p>Ok, sweet! I didn’t get elected governor, but I was in the governor’s cabinet and I was involved. Congrats for the Morehead, too. Good luck, I hope you get it!</p>
