<p>Its been seven years since the player on one of Seattles remaining pro teams has played in our town, and still we applaud him ( Ill give you two guesses and its not A" show me the money" -Rod)</p>
<p>He and his teammates taught me to love baseball.
Not to quote stats, but the rhythm of the game, the pacing that is tortuous at times, ( especially when Ayala was warming up), the thrill to see Johnson bearing down on Pudge and the thwack of a home run ( or even a foul)</p>
<p>I just hope we get to see a few more games before our view of Puget Sound from Safeco is cut off by hotels and condos</p>
