Does anyone know what the student body is like? I know schools like Wesleyan and Oberlin are known for being artsy, while schools like Colgate and Bates are know for being preppy. Do most Brandeis students fit in to one of these categories, or is it a harder student body to stereotype?
I’ll be a Freshman this fall, so I can’t give firsthand experience YET but from my perspective Brandeis prides itself on being very diverse, social justice-y and welcoming. I think because of the diversity it’s harder to stereotype, but everyone is very outgoing and willing to welcome you into the fold.
