Any predictions for tonight’s episode?

The next week’s scenes segment indicates that Walt is trying to find Jesse who has gone
missing.

All that cash that Jesse has been tossing will surely come under scrutiny.

Hank will play Hamlet.

Looking forward to the next White/Schrader family get together.

The title of tonight’s episode is “Buried” - ominous. We still have 7 shows to go, so I’m not expecting an apocalypse yet.

If you haven’t seen it, this is a fun article: [How Will Breaking Bad End? Here Are 7 Mind-Blowing Theories | Underwire | Wired.com](How Will Breaking Bad End? Here Are 7 Mind-Blowing Theories | WIRED). Look at the second theory, latchiver - it thinks Jesse will be Hamlet.

Sigh. My cable has been out of the last hour, cable co.'s telephone line busy the whole time, 3000+ (!!!) people ahead of me for their online chat assistance. So it appears it’s a widespread outage and a whole lot of folks are freaking out about not being able to watch breaking Bad tonite. I’m one of them!

Will you be able to watch it on the AMC website once the episode airs? I don’t know how quickly the network puts it up, but last week’s has been available this week.

My prediction: Walt rats everyone out, maybe even pins the blame on Hank, losses his family, beats cancer, starts cooking Meth again, maybe in Europe.

How does it work talking about a show without spoilers? Does that mean no spoilers for 24 hours??

So what did everybody think?

I could see that slap coming once Marie thought about Hank nearly being murdered by the meth gang.

kathiep,I think if someone is worried about spoilers they should just stay away from the thread until they have watched what they want to watch. Liked the ending.

I liked the ending, too. I also loved the long scene between Marie and Skyler - great work from both actresses.

Wouldn’t it be better to title this, Breaking Bad - Spoiler alert!" if we’re indeed going to talk about what happened on the night of the show? We can get a mod to change it.

Agree about the scene between Marie and Skyler. I’m a bit confused about the scene with Todd and that woman. Did she take over the business?

Where was Walt Jr?

@latichever I was wondering that as well.

The episode was interesting to say the least. I would love to see Sal’s reaction in the next episode.

Where was Walt Jr? This takes place in Arizona, he started school last week! ;)

I loved the confrontation between Marie and Skyler, too. I figured that the slap originated from Marie’s hurt that Skyler had lied to her for so long - once she figured out how complicit Skyler was all along, well, I’d be furious, too.

Walt. What a -------. He spends all that time and effort hiding the money, and then he makes Skyler promise that the kids will get it all. “Don’t let this be in vain.” Really? How do you think Walt Jr is going to react once her learns that his dad was a meth cooker and a drug kingpin? How useful/welcome will that money be then?

Although, I guess that money can buy a lot of therapy.

Breaking bad is nothing compared to The Wire and Simpsons

Oh, and “AM I UNDER ARREST?” ha…

May I suggest that you probably aren’t going to find much to enjoy in this thread with that viewpoint? No one is posting to argue the merits of Breaking Bad.

I agree about the thread title change, kathiep. I originally didn’t think to mention spoilers in the title or original post. I don’t want to spoil someone’s enjoyment of the show, like telling someone who hasn’t seen “Citizen Kane” what Rosebud means. But I do want to talk about the last season with other fans.
Lydia is with the Madrigal cartel that’s selling Walt’s meth in Czechoslovakia. I think she referred to being under pressure from people higher up, so she hasn’t taken over but is deeply involved. In case you haven’t seen this great montage from last season (probably contains spoilers but what doesn’t), she figures prominently in it: [breaking bad - crystal blue persuasion - YouTube](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxY2cFWqtao)

I think the rest of the show is going to be about Walt realizing that all his evildoing has been in vain. Just speculating here, but I have wondered if part of Walt’s punishment might be that Walt Jr. actually kills himself when he finds out.

Another scene I loved last night: Saul’s two guys when they see the money - so funny.

I was also relieved when Hank showed up and asked for that conference call. For a while there I was afraid he’d decide to handle everything on his own. Which he may yet do, depending on what Jesse says.
