I HATE breaking the seal on tests. I know it is a small issue however it makes me nervous that I might rip important information.

During my ACT I realized something.

During the test you have a perfectly good letter opener: your id card. It actually proved quite useful for getting a quick and clean cut on the test seal.

Agreed, the seal-breaking is so weirdly stressful for me because I’m scared to rip the test while also rushing to get started. Not a big deal, of course, but I like your idea, thanks for sharing!

I just use my pencil.
