From what I’m hearing, it seems like some of the “out” people got cold feet at the last minute when they realized that they really had no idea what “out” would mean.
20/382 voting districts in and it’s 47% remain 52% leave. Too early to tell a thing but they need big turnouts in London. Leave outperforming so far.
Just heard a remain supporter (History Prof at Columbia) say London and Scotland may have to form a union of the sane people.
Pound is down 6%.
EB where are you following the numbers?
CNN International.
If it’s not in your cable package maybe you can get the live stream.

Remain just eked ahead 50 to 49% but turnout appears to be down in London (possibly due to weather.)
Pound is down 6%? Awesome. Shoes and dresses via mail orders, here I come.
Lol! I was thinking it might finally be afforable to go to London!
Just heard if leave wins it will likely trigger another referendum in Scotland to leave the UK because they are very pro-EU.
Going back and forth between 49% to 50%. Fun to watch live.
iTV News say 75% probably of a leave win.
I imagine the pound will really start crashing now.
Get out your CC @BunsenBurner!
This is oddly enthralling to watch…
Shoe shopping with cheap pounds is all well and good if your cash is in your mattress; if your money is in the markets and leave prevails, you may wake up poorer and decide you can’t afford those shoes, even with the sale on pounds.
True. Markets in Asia down but the pound is down 7% and it’s not even morning in Europe! Wonder how low it will go.
I think most of us have enough discretionary $'s to go shoe shopping.

Maybe the Brits finally learned something since 1776.
Pound down 9% now,
The remain vote isn’t coming in like they thought it would.
Pound down over 10% now.
Lower then it was after crash of 2008!
So what do I win?
I have a feeling we’re all gonna lose… (and I’m not talking about guessing wrong on here!)
