Bringing pastries to interview

I just saw someone mention this idea. I think that it looks like you are trying to bribe the interviewer. While in any other context, it is a very nice gesture, in this particular instance, it is overkill and I would guess most interviewers see right through it.

Definitely overkill.

hahaha. If I was the interviewer, I’d have bad reviews on you right away!

I think it’s cute.

I was a Yale interviewer for many years…

No, no, a thousand times no! And to be on the safe side, no!

So…what’s the policy on bringing pastries and eating them yourself? :D

Don’t do it in front of the interviewer :)

Haha even worse!

Curses.
How about sharing pastries?

How about wearing pasties?

::raises eyebrows suggestively::
