Hi everybody,

I’m new to this site. And am need of some advice on my schedule. First, can you tell me how difficult you think it will be estimating that I’m your average freshman. Also, I would like to add that I came to Berkeley from out of state to hopefully get into Haas. So, maintaining a high gpa is really important to me. Additionally, after college I am interested in going into consulting or banking. Im trying to orient my schedule to provide a somewhat relevant background. I know a bit about both respective fields, but I would really appreciate any input. Particularly, about how recruiting goes, summer internships, or just how your schedule affects job prospects. Will getting a high GPA as a business major, taking the easiest classes, make me uncompetitive? I would also love to know about some on campus business opportunities and such. Thanks a ton.
