Anyone think that the school is going to release decisions early (in light of the pandemic) or know approximately what day theyll release decisions (since it says “early may”)?
There seems to be a lot more activity going on in the last couple of days so something is moving behind the scenes. This tends to mean that the light is at the end of the tunnel. But whether that’s this week or next is anyones guess. Were these IDOC requests released recently? In the past what was the delay between those coming out and decisions?
the only request for documents I saw was when I went into the IDOC portal. Did anyone else get a request separate and apart from that?
Have decisions ever been released earlier than May in the past?
I think they usually send an email out before they announce decisions, which I haven’t received yet… it would be great for it to be this week tho, especially considering that they changed the portal appearance last week

so we might hear back this week?
By just looking at the dates in the past, It seems rather unlikely that we will hear back before may, but i am not too sure especially with this whole pandemic thing. The website is starting to change (not too sure about the whole IDOC situation), and that could be indicative of something but it seems like the telltale sign is when the checklist disappears.
The only reason you got an update and other people didn’t is because they submitted it originally when it was requested with the other financial aid documents. The IDOC requests probably isn’t indicative of decisions coming out, rather than the fact that one student just didn’t fill it out completely…
are we for sure going to get an email in advance of our decision?
@soulgaurdia The checklist did disappear last weekend but has since reappeared.
Are emails sent prior to all decisions? Or is that just for RD applicants?
Was the appearance of portal updated again? I saw there’s one link about the financial aid application status shown on the left side of the screen but I didn’t notice it was there before.
Yes they just updated the financial aid section today

I think it only shows up for those that applied for financial aid. It’s not coming up for me but I didn’t apply for it
it very well could be! I applied for FA and do not see anything relating to FA on my portal. Where do the rest of you see it?
