<p>Plus a stroke of activist in me. I do a lot of volunteering at the Humane Society and other animal rights organizations and im planning on volunteering a lot with a wildlife conservation group in the next few months. I started a club to get other kids together to do similar things and we’ve contributed to some very worthy causes.

Secretary then Vice Pres of Young Democrats (4 yrs) and I was very involved in the Kerry campaign but unfortunately thats not one of my most successful endeavors</p>

<p>Hey there! As a Brown student, I’d say you sound like you’d be a very good fit at Brown.</p>

<p>However, I’d have to disagree with ckmets – Brown, Williams, and Princeton are about equally selective, and there’s a lot of luck involved in the process for even the most outstanding student at these schools. ED wouldn’t be “wasted” at any of them – but apply early only if you feel absolutely sure that Brown is your first choice.</p>
