<p>A friend of mine’s daughter will graduate next year and she told my daughter(who has been accepted) that the alumni are not very active on the west coast, and that she had difficulty getting any internships, or jobs. Anyone know if this is true??</p>
<p>false, having been both a west coast grad and now an alum. However, it depends on the field, how extensive the network is. In the film business there is a very good network.</p>
