If you use AP credit to get a BS for BA in three years, will medical schools hold that against you? I herd that many top medical schools like to see you in 4 years of school for your undergraduate years. Is this really true?

Yes…

Check with your UG, some do not allow to use AP for skipping Bio, Chem, some do.

However, doing it in 3 years is very doable anyway. D. will have very light senior year that she had to fill with some filler classes. She had challenging major, 2 minors and had never took summer classes. She is in combined program that does not allow to graduate earlier (thank goodness!).
