When you’re doing interviews, what makeup do you wear (foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, blush, etc.)? I know that interviewers definitely don’t want to see a lot of makeup on a 13-year-old (or so) kid, but I want to know what the usual norm is. Thanks!
I would say a bit of mascara and a little lip color and that’s it.
Agree with @MAandMEmom. Less is better in this situation! A little mascara and some lip gloss if you want but I wouldn’t do any eye makeup or foundation unless the eye makeup is super natural. Good luck in your interviews!
Wear as much as you like, just stick to really basic stuff. I only wear mascara so that’s what I did. It doesn’t really matter though, I have friends who wear a ton of makeup and still got in. I would advise you to keep it natural. Wear what you’d typically wear to school or ‘business casual’ or whatever.
Tbh, I never wore makeup to any of my interviews, but if you feel more comfortable when you have some makeup on, go ahead and wear some.

I’d say to you and others, wear what makes you feel like your best self. You want to be comfortable and confident in presenting your authentic self. But yes–be careful not to overdo it. Same with clothing. Look presentable, but be comfortable, not overly familiar with anything ripped or torn or flip flops.
