<p>I’m trying to apply to a nursing or pre-nursing program for next fall but I’m poor. Financial aid is the deciding factor for me. My top choice is the University of Minnesota and I’m also looking at Georgetown, UW Madison and UPenn, but are there any others? I can’t apply to the UCs - I haven’t met all the requirements yet.</p>
