WashU has a 7 year program in case you are interested. Currently, however, I don’t think you’re competitive to these 7-year programs. Nothin in particular stands out and GPA/ACT are low.

Getting a research position would be big

The University Scholars Program in Medicine at WashU isn’t a true BSMD program. You will need to maintain a 3.8 cumulative GPA for all 4 years and earn a qualifying MCAT score so no guarantees of continuing to WashU Medical School.

Work on getting the UW GPA above 3.8 and do test prep over the summer as well to get the ACT around 34+. Also UCLA is going to be expensive for OOS.
