Do I have any chance?

Shameless self bump.

Your SAT scores are way above the BU average (1914). Your ACT score is at the BU average. Your GPA is below the BU average (3.7). I’d say you would have a chance but not assured. Sent BU your SAT’s, not your ACT.

Don’t forget- BU’s published SAT scores are skewed because of CGS. The middle 50% of CAS is 2040-2190.

The average CAS SAT is 1942 according to BU’s own website. The average SAT overall is 1914 so CGS does not skew it that much.

If I send them my SAT score I will also have to take my SAT II’s because they are required(?) and I dont think I will make the EA deadline. That being said, would it still be more beneficial to apply with my SAT/SAT II’s RD or with my ACT EA? Thanks.

You have plenty of chances to take the SAT II’s between now and the deadline. If I remember correctly, the SATs are offered in September, October, and November. You can take up to three SAT Subject Tests each time. Although the date for taking the SATs in November may be later than the EA, they still accept them, just make sure you fix the settings to make sure that the scores are sent directly to BU when they are released.
