<p>Has anyone received a rejection letter?</p>
<p>So who got an acceptance?</p>
<p>I received my application receipt on April 7th. I really need to know by May 1st so I can give a reply to another program. Does anybody think this is possible, or is anybody in a similar situation?</p>
<p>Same! This is my first choice program and I need to respond to another one by May 2nd, so I’d really like to know if I got in or not. Do you guys think that they’d let us know of our acceptance/rejection if we emailed them with our situation?</p>

<p>Also, for the people who got in, did anyone receive their BU ID Number yet? I’m trying to make a payment but I can’t without my number… And they said that they would give me one a week after I gave them my letter of intent but it’s been like 3 weeks -_-.</p>
<p>They won’t really speed up the decision or anything. They responded to my email by saying that it all depends on finding a lab placement and that all depends on the mentor</p>
<p>@blopper42 Interesting. I got my number exactly one week after I turned in my letter of intent. Did they send you an e-mail saying they received your letter of intent?</p>
<p>@friendlybear yes they did. They replied “Thank you” a few hours after I sent them my letter. Just hoping they didn’t kick me out of my lab or anything haha.</p>

<p>@sewj97 did you respond to your May 1st program? I’m curious to know because I rejected mine in hopes of getting into RISE…</p>
<p>If you haven’t heard yet – you should hear back around mid-May. I was actually initially placed on the waiting list, but the day after I confirmed my spot on the waiting list, I was accepted (so don’t despair if you’re put on the waiting list). </p>
<p>If any accepted (or waiting!) students have questions, you can tag me in the thread or message me. 
I’ll definitely give some good reasons to go to RISE (and I can provide insight on what the program is like, if you have specific questions). </p>
<p>@giraffe14916 I emailed the other program and they said after that date my spot was no longer guaranteed, but it is possible it might still be open (at least until somebody else accepts the position). </p>
<p>While everybody is stressing over AP’s, has anyone gotten an email from the program? They should have sent us something by now.</p>
