Spoke with my son last night, his portal did go down the other day, he has the extra check mark and the URL says decision-verification, and got an email that he was still missing his high school trascript but they have his proof of graduation which was the same document. But no decision yet, maybe tonight? Maybe next week? He is as confused as we are.
