<p>What exactly does this mean, if anything. Does it mean better teachers/facilities/research opportunities/clinical opportunities? Or is it just a popularity contest?</p>
<p>Also, do employers favor BU over NEU based on ranking, BU being 45 spots higher than NEU, or is it just not that big of a deal?</p>
