bucknell v. tulane?

<p>can someone give me a true perspective on which one of these is better?
i’m into languages and international relations.
my gpa is 4.19 W, 31 ACT
i take french, latin, and spanish (all at year three or above)

<p>Both are very similar in terms of academic quality. Tulane has an excellent Latin American Studies program so I would give the slight edge to Tulane.</p>
