Bureaucracy and Mail Question

Hello everyone! I live in the Republic of Moldova and I want to apply to the US as an international student. An impeding obstacle for this is bureaucracy: all the colleges require official school reports sent via couriers. There are some major problems:

  1. Our schools just don’t do things like this.
  2. The courier services are so expensive that we can’t easily afford them. (Moldova is the poorest country in Europe, so try to imagine our financial situation.) Besides, these services do not guarantee the arrival of documents (we had an accident of this kind).
What could you recommend me? Is the lending or gathering of money and spending of it in an excessive way the only option? Thank you in advance for your time!

Contact the schools directly and tell them your scenario and ask for deviation from the instructions. Good luck to you
