BUS-X 272 feedback?

My daughter got the exciting news that she was accepted into the BUS-A 272 Global Accounting in Switzerland class next semester. The class ends with a 9 day trip to Geneva after finals. I think this is a pretty new class, but I’m wondering if anyone out there has experience with any of the BUS-X 272 Global Business Immersion classes and wants to share feedback or helpful tips. This will be her first time abroad (so jealous, she gets to travel the world before her parents), so tips on how to budget for expenses based on first-hand experience in one of the BUS-X 272 classes would be great!

Congrats to your daughter! My DD did the global immersion trip to Costa Rico last spring and loved it. Most expenses are covered in the fee with the exception of a few meals and shopping opportunities…obviously both meals and shopping in Switzerland will be pricier. Can’t recall how much cash she brought (maybe $200?) but she also had a credit card and ATM card with her as back up.

In terms of travel, the entire group flies out of Indy (no exceptions) but for a fee you can fly in to your home airport. It wasn’t a huge fee (depends on flight cost differential)…just need to make this request early on before flights are booked.
