Well, the line is getting long for those now exiting “stage left”. Scott McClellan is of special interest to me. Wow, did this guy have a tough job. If he were Pinocchio, his nose could stretch the Atlantic. I understand that for his new job he is becoming a bomb “defuser” so he can relax after his last gig.

Either a bomb defuser, or perhaps an air traffic controller. Cushy jobs compared to his White House gig. I’ll be he’s going to reach for a nice glass of red wine !

George the refuser; Scott the defuser.

Actually, getting rid of McClellan is part of the “Shoot the Messenger” mentality. He was the conduit of the Bush Strategy to the MSM, and the MSM is out to get Bush, so it must all be McClellan’s fault! And while we’re at it, let’s discredit the Generals as well…

moving chairs on the Titanic

I rather liked him. I admire a guy who stands between the public and his boss. That’s loyalty. Just like the Generals-standing between the soldiers and the CinC. Follow orders regardless…

Will we have More or less Newspeak?
