<p>I am a sophomore double majoring in business and communications at a top 20 school that has a top 5 business program. I am trying to expand my ECs, and getting into a business fraternity has been one of my top goals since freshman year. At my school the business fraternities are SUPER competitive. About 200 people rush for about 20 spots. Not sure if that is how it is at all schools or just here but anyway…</p>
<p>I have a good friend who is an alum that offered to write me a letter of rec. Would a letter of rec from an alum help my chances at getting selected? I’m not sure if this is a good idea or how to even present it to the business fraternity. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!</p>
