<p>Does anyone have any experience with writing one, how one could get help…etc etc.</p>
<p>I have comprehensive plans for a website. I planned to learn dreamweaever mx and code everything my self, starting with a simple template, have friends help with picture, reviews and daily articles along with graphics. But as i got more into the plan, i found that what i wanted would be a monumental task for not only me, but my friends and we would never be able to handle it nor complete it in any reasonable amount of time.</p>
<p>So i have come to this, i want to write a prospective business plan to build a cash base so that i can get started. I have myself working a year to actually get the site fully functional and 3 months to have a template and the general layout down. I wanted to build the site and sell in 2 years, price depending on content, unique visitors, ad revenue etc. </p>
<p>Do i think i could get an investor, pple i have talked to are the ones that actually suggested i do becuase it would be a HUGE amount of work, especially from someone with an idea and only general knowledge about scripting and various other aspects such as the apache server, mysql and php and everything else that is being used by my hosting company. I figure i must as well put some time into a business plan and aim high and if things do go well, fine, if not, i will just make the project much smaller and enjoy it. I am asking friends at USC who are in the masters program for mech engineering if he could ask computer engineers what they would say if approached with an offer such as mine to gauge the interest for the cheapest possible contracted worker. Not only that, it could be quite appealing for them becuase it would add work experience while giving them a great amount of flexibilit for time</p>
<p>But in the end, i have never written a business plan and never really thought of writing one till now, so can anyone give any advice?</p>
