<p>You’d have better luck on the actual AoPS forums, where a larger percentage of the forumgoers actually own a copy of the book.</p>
<p>Or just buy it straight from the source. AoPS books are quite reasonably priced and are a great deal for the amount of insight, down-to-earth advice, and rich material they contain.</p>
