This questions seems really superficial, but I don’t mean it to be that way. Me and my freinds are virtually 50/ 50 slip on the car.

Ok so it breaks to down to which one is cooler? And ladies which would find more attractive with a guy driving?

Anyone have experience with either vehicles?

I’d personally take the Acura. Japanese cars are extremely reliable. Acura has been in the top 5 JD Powers or whatevers most reliable cars for many years with Lexus topping the list all but one year. German cars also cost significantly more to fix. As far as a chick magnet, the Audi wins though.

Kinda unrelated, but the 2009 model A4s are dead sexy.

Based on my tastes, I prefer the Audi. The Acura reminds me of a modern day Accord based on the few google images I saw. :x

^ R8s are dead sexy-er.

Acura, but only because I have one also.
I also agree with antsofthesky.

Asian cars > German & American cars.

I feel like the A4 1.8T is unusually fuel efficient… my uncle has one: its spunky and its small engine gets a huge boost from a turbocharger… really fun to drive. I don’t know anything about the Acura though.

A4 hands down. German engineering still surpasses Japanese. And, I agree that the 09 Audis are gorgeous. The two companies that have really picked up this year are Audi and Jaguar (OMG Jaguar…just wow).

I drove Audis for 18 years. They are wonderful to drive but it was a love-hate relationship over maintenance. The maintenance was a headache in terms of costs and time. If you’re going to hang onto the car for the long-term, then I’d avoid the Audi. I’d especially avoid a turbo model as it’s just one more expensive thing that can break.

I don’t know much about Acuras. There are several Lexus models that I like though.

a bit spoiled aren’t we?

You dont? :

Sounds utterly superficial to me…

thanks for the input. a4 it is and it costs less than the aky.

ps. superficial or not i couldn’t decide and its a used car. thats why i ask online you dont really know me so its not like im showing off. btw its a 2006 not new so hence not spoiled.

Again thanks for the responses.

^It costs less now but the Acura might have a lower cost of ownership in the end. Either way, you can’t lose. You’re getting a great car.

That mentality is laughable.

Yeah, I drive a 2006 Audi A6 and I know a lot of my friends are jealous of it. Just because it’s not a brand new car doesn’t mean you’re not spoiled…

i’ve never really been a fan of the audi, alot of kids at my school drive acuras and audis though
but my pick would def be the acura
pureee sexy!

get a CPO (certified pre-owned) BMW.

out of your 2 options though, i’d take the RL. Audi = souped up VW. Then again, Acura = souped up Honda but the RL is the flagship acura.

and find it in white
White cars with darrk tints > any other color in existence.

And an entirely boring ride.

thanks for the input. I think my top choice is the RL they cost about the same used and the RL has so much more stuff in it to play with.

get the A5…A4 is for girls

too expensive; or i would want an A5 or maybe a SL65AMG
