I mean, how much did your marks change (+ve or - ve) when you gave the actual test?
Give me the difference between the two marks.
And whether they increased or decreased.
Please help me out.

Bump

Bump

Bump :!!

I got around 2150 on the blue practice exam and got 2250 on the real one.

Thanks @adela22

+60

Thanks @Kigzcorp

I think I scored ~40 less. I got the curve from hell (October sat)

i toke the October sat too…

-250

I get severe test anxiety though

Wow that just made me nervous @Mystic7

Even though I don’t get test anxiety. B-)

Bump

Sorry Mystic, but I can relate. One piece of advice, but I know Nyquil relaxes me…maybe take one of those before the test? I know it’s an artificial relaxant, but maybe it will decrease the anxiety?

+140 on the avg score on BB practise PAPERS 2000->2140)

On my November SAT, my math and CR score were around the same as BB practice but my writing was lower by about 50 pts. Generally I think the blue book scales are more lenient than the actual ones though.

I think when it comes down to actual test day I am more focused than ever – like i am talking full on test taking mode. I am not surprised most people score better on the real SAT because a lot of people have that extreme focus on the day of the test (I guess its just the environment and all the preparation and knowing whats at stake)

@BassGuitar, you don’t know what the curve from hell was (at least in Math) unless you took the November SAT. L-)

On my first SAT (May 2014) my essay question was one of the ones in the book. EXACTLY. (Not that it really helped me much, I only scored a 7.)

@albert69 I AM SO GLAD I TOOK SUBJECT TESTS IN NOVEMBER

@thegrant I took the SAT in November. Got 2140 (660,780,700). Only 1 wrong in math got - 20.

@Daemon777, I thought the curve was -1=750? Did you miss a student produced response? Fantastic score at any rate.
