CA Notification

<p>When I submitted my app on the 1st I managed to submit pretty quickly, but the I received notifications (on my e-mail address) that I had sucesfully submitted the application 10 hours later.
I realise that this is because everyone was on the CA website just before the deadline, but my question is:</p>

<p>Since I receive the notification on the 2nd does the university know that I didn’t actually submitted the app on the 2nd but before the deadline(which was on the 1st)? So what hour is registered?</p>

<p>I strongly believe that whether it’s the 1st or 2nd, it doesn’t matter. Important thing is that you got it in and a couple hours won’t have any impact.</p>

<p>I checked and it seems that it does have an impact when we’re talking about big universities…
Today I submitted another supplement(and of course the CA website was working smoothly) and I received the confirmation by e-mail right away. </p>

<p>I don’t get it.</p>
