<p>My son is going to UCLA this fall. One of my friend suggested to take student loan offered by college. He says, college offered loans will be cheaper, than outside institutions loans. If its not true, what is the best way to compare interest rates offered by different institutions. I am not familiar with education system. Is there any website, that i can compare student loans interests.</p>
