<p>I just got an email from Berkeley about this scholarship. </p>
<p>Does everyone get this? Or does it mean they read my application, liked me, and potentially want to give me a scholarship?</p>
<p>If that is the Cal Alumni Assn scholarship then any one can apply. You apply before you find out if you are in. It is a great one to get. </p>
