<p>Ok, so we ditched cable because it was not worth the expense for the quality of service, and the selection of channels. Got DIRECT TV when they had a deal going on. Great service, great selection of channels, great price…for awhile. Now the cost has gone up. I am wondering if any CCers have had any good or bad experiences with ROKU box/internet TV. Some things that I fear I will NOT like: I like to have the TV on as background noise during the day. I do my work, surf around for a few shows I like to watch, and if nothing’s on there is always music. I like the guide feature, and being able to record “my shows” to watch when it’s convenient to me. So, can I make internet TV work for me?</p>
