<p>Have you checked out Cal rentals? I found a guest house to rent in North Berkeley for $600/mo. Cal rentals tells you about the place and the gender of the person looking for a roommate when you click on the ad. I highly recommend it, even though you have to pay $20 to use it. I found my place in less than a week.</p>
