i received a emal saying i meet the financial eligibility requirements to compete for a Cal Grant C award. This does not mean an award has been granted.The next step in the process is to complete a Cal Grant C Supplement online within 30 days of this email notification. in order to complete the Supplement online, you must first create an account on WebGrants, Cal Grant Supplement form link will appear on the main screen, i already have wgs acct but dont see a link, my other question is does this mean im not eligible for cal grant a or b

Did you apply for a CC education or certificate only?

A Calgrant C covers a CC only. It doesn’t cover the transferring to a fully university.

Then, you need to contact the CalGrant office and let them know that you are a transfer into a university program.
