<p>I am going to transfer in Fall 2013 to either a UC, Cal poly, or hopefully USC. I used 2 years of cal grant without actually planning ahead (at the time, I didn’t think I could go far with my education).</p>
<p>The best plan that I have so far is to put my third cal grant on hold until I transfer. This won’t patched my problem for too long because I estimate I will have to take 6 years total to graduate (3 at community college, 3 at a UC).</p>
<p>My question is: what options do I have to cover my tuition and housing once I’m in my 5th or 6th year?
Blue and gold only covers the first 2 years for transfer students. What options do I have for my 6th year?</p>
<p>My family is pretty darn poor. So if there is any need-based scholarships or grants, I think I can cover those requirements.</p>
