<p>Good luck getting a hold of someone. I called them a bunch of times at around 3:00 PM for a couple days and always got an automated message. They don’t even have a hold system; if no one’s available, you get a message saying they’re busy and it hangs up. You have to call again and you’ll probably just get the same message.</p>
<p>They’re not taking phone calls. I’ve literally been trying to call them for a month and get the same response. And if you email, count on your response three weeks late.</p>
<p>I called them many times and got a recording, I finally got through once after about 30 mins on hold and the guy helping me was annoyed at my questions. I also sent an email last Friday and still haven’t had a reply. I guess I just got lucky the day they answered my call.</p>
<p>Thanks guys. I managed to get a hold of them today. And what is their deal? They sound all irritated doing what they’re paid to do.</p>
