Ok so it’s been about 3 weeks now. I’ve tried almost every browser/device combination and have asked other students to check. Anybody know what is going on??

I just clicked the link and it worked for me as well.
Sometimes that is the browser you are using. If using Internet Explorer for example, try Chrome, or Firefox, Safari, etc. Try to come in a different way. Government sites are notorious for not working well with all of them.
